We host Our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. TERMS OF SITE & PURCHASER AGREEMENT

All tickets and offerings are owned and provided by Company. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern and define how You are allowed to use and access Company’s Offering. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and will update them accordingly with the ‘date last updated’ at the top of this page.

You are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions of Use whether or not You have read them. If You do not agree with any of Our Terms and Conditions of Use, please email Us at the contact details listed at the top of this agreement, and We will make reasonable efforts to remove Your name, email, and access to Our Offering and website(s).

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

Black Girl Curls reserves the right to use all images captured during events for promotional and commercial purposes. By attending, You grant Us a commercial license to any images or likenesses captured during the Black Girl Curls Galentine's,  Girl, Your Hair is Magic Workshop,Black Girl Curls for Pros Look&Learn to be used for any reasonable future business purposes.

Notification of Use: We are not obligated to notify You of Our publication or other use of any images captured during the event.

TICKETS, REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING, AND CANCELLATIONS

• Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets for the Girl, Your Hair is Magic Workshop, Galentine's, Pro Look and Learns are non-refundable.
• Transfer Policy : If you cannot attend your scheduled workshop date, You may transfer Your registration to a future workshop date, subject to availability. Alternatively, for those who are unable to make it to the Girl, Your Hair is Magic workshop may opt for a virtual consultation with Aishia Strickland as a substitute. If you are unable to make it to an Galentines or any other event planned and hosted by Black Girl Curls you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Simply notify us at info@blackcurlmagic.com with the name and email of the person who will be attending in your place at least 48 hours before the event.

This ensures a smooth transfer process and helps us provide the best experience for all attendees. Thank you for understanding!

• Event Rescheduling: In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent an event from occurring as planned, We reserve the right to reschedule the event. We will notify You promptly of any changes. If We are unable to reschedule, We may, at Our discretion, offer alternative options, including potential credits or refunds.

REVOCATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to revoke access to any Black Girl Curls event, workshop, or offering if We deem it necessary due to misconduct, failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, or any behavior that negatively impacts the experience for others.
